Initial funding amount is available for a full 12 months from purchase date. Please note: $2.00 per card purchase fee applies.

Be sure to record your card’s 15-digit ID code (located on the back of the card) as well as the 1-800-330-9786 Gift Card Customer Service number and keep in a safe place in case the card is lost or stolen. You will need this in order to enjoy the benefit of FREE replacement.

$2.00/month service fee is applied by American Express to fund balance after the first 12 months, subject to applicable local laws. We recommend you use your card promptly to enjoy its full benefits.
